Andrej, a student of the special needs school in Namestovo, has been cleaning illegal dumping for four years and free of charge.
He has already collected 17 tonnes of illegally dumped waste along the main road near his home.
„Many talk about the clean environment and only a few do something about it. I started cleaning the illegal dumps when I was seventeen and was laughed at first, but now my activity is appreciated.“, Andrej says.
