My Experience Switching From Coffee To Tea

After drinking coffee every morning for 30 years, I never thought I would be able to give it up, a reader writes to Simple English News.

I tried going cold turkey before, but I was never able to kick the habit. The urge to have a cup of coffee was too great.

During a brief sickness earlier this year, however, I would wake up each morning without having the urge for a cup of coffee.

It has now been six months since I had my last taste of coffee and I feel much better and much less tense.
