A sommelier, or wine steward, is someone who is in charge of wines at a restaurant.
In the past few years, however, some restaurants are employing experts in the tastes of various mineral waters.
Mineral water from one area may taste different from water from another area. Therefore, a “water sommelier” would be able to recommend which type of mineral water tastes best with a particular food.
