Don’t forget to leave a tip in a restaurant. Not leaving a tip is considered a real offence.
Except for New York, smiling at others is almost a must.
And back to a restaurant again, once you are done with your meal you are expected to vacate the table immediately.
Don’t ever sit in the front seat in a taxi, otherwise the cabby may get mad.

tip: a small amount (extra) money for a service delivered to you.
a must: a duty, requirement.
to vacate: to leave something so that other people can use it.
