How Many Calories Can These Exercises Burn?

Rowing

It is not easy to define exactly how many calories can be burnt by doing a specific exercise.

There would also have to be other factors, as your weight and  speed of the exercise, included in the calculation.

Anyway, roughly we can estimate that jumping rope can burn 660-1000 calories per hour.

Running can help with burning 550-800 calories.

The burn of rowing, which works your entire body, is 480-700 calories per hour.

Here are some “non-sport” activities and their calorie burn in 30 minutes:
