Ice Hockey Jerseys Made From Plastic Bottles

In 2013 Nike unveiled new sets of ice hockey apparel which was used by teams competing at the Winter Olympic Games 2014 in Sochi.

The jerseys and socks were made from 73% recycled polyester.

Seventeen plastic water bottles were used to produce one jersey and five bottles to make a sock.
