Beetroot, also known as beet, is one of the healthiest veggies. It is a plant that is rich in calcium, iron and vitamins A and C. It is a good source of fibremanganese and potassium.

Here are a few benefits of beetroot:

helps prevent cancer,

good for the liver,

fights inflammation,

aids digestion,

helps treat anemia,

helps prevent osteoporosis and is a natural energy booster.
