We use reflexive pronouns as emphasis: that person, that thing, or after some English verbs where they are necessary.

I – myself

you – yourself

he – himself

she – herself

it – itself

we – ourselves

you – yourselves

they – themselves

I drew it myself (I did it alone).
We bought it ourselves.
I said to myself.
May he introduce himself?

Note
He looked at himself. (The person who looked did so at himself – the same person.)
He looked at him. (He looked at somebody else.)
