INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of potatoes
1 medium to large onion
2 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
– grate the potatoes and the onion.
– beat the eggs and mix them in with the potatoes and onion.
– add the flour, salt and pepper. Let it stand for a few minutes.
– heat oil in a pan.
– form the potato mixture into thin pancakes and cook until both sides are brown.
Serve with sour cream.
