There will be a lifelong ban on buying cigarettes and vapes for anyone born after 2009 in the UK.
The new Tobacco and Vapes Bill is aimed at tackling the bad health effects of smoking.
Vaping will be even banned outside schools, at hospitals, in playgrounds and cars that have children inside.
Many people remain sceptical about this bill and think it will boost the illegal sale of cigarettes in the black market.
