A giant sinkhole opened up in the city of Fukuoka in November 2016.

A section of the main road suddenly collapsed and caused power cuts and disruption to the water and gas supplies.

There were no injures reported.

The road was fixed in two days which once again proved that Japanese workmanship is top level.
