No Black Cars In Turkmenistan

Officials in Turkmenistan banned all black cars from the Central Asian country’s capital in 2018.

Basically, the police impound vehicles of all colours, except for the white ones.

So, the drivers either re-paint or refrain from using their cars. Otherwise, the cars may be confiscated.

Tinted windows and import of dark cars are also banned in Turkmenistan.
